Warranty and Tarnish Policy

All silver and jewellery products, whether solid or plated, are subject to natural tarnishing. This is an inherent characteristic of silver and is not covered under our warranty. Tarnish, resulting in a patina, is often desired in silver products, adding to their unique appeal.
Customers can easily manage tarnish with proper silver care techniques, including:
• Using an appropriate jewellery cloth
• Applying tarnish remover products such as Tarn-X
• Occasionally touching up with a jewellery clear coat
In environments with high humidity, moisture, or frequent exposure to smoke, tarnish and smoke damage can accumulate significantly over time. For instance, excessive tarnish build-up over the course of a year can lead to conditions similar to those observed in the Original Crumrine Big Gold belt. Should your item reach such a condition, we offer a restoration service for a fee plus shipping costs.

 

Production and Lead Times

The production process and lead times for our products commence once 50% of the invoice amount has been paid. Our standard lead times are approximately 4 to 6 months. Please note that these lead times are subject to change to accommodate thorough quality checks, necessary corrections, and shipping variations.
